Current Action Plan: CityFibre Major Incident Team have been engaged and assessed the impact and we have identified 45 customers impacted across our estate. The linkage seems to be on a Core Line provided by Vodafone and they have been engaged to investigate.
Vodafone have escalated to the 2nd Line Support Team and the Major Incident Team will escalate into Vodafone in parallel.
