The Internet Internet Issues

In order to help troubleshoot the issue, the technical team is making a change and will then be monitored for 30 minutes to allow the change to take effect, and then an internal technical bridge will take place at 11:00 to discuss the results and the next steps.

Status for 12:15: CityFibre engineers will now implement the fix required to restore the services and will monitor for a further 30 minutes to ensure services have been restored for impacted customers and will then have an internal call at 13:00 to assess the current state and next steps.
