Our Technical Service Centre have proactively identified a loss of service to a number of Leased Line services traversing the Virgin Media estate. An incident has been raised to Virgin Media and preliminary escalations have been placed into them to understand the impact and recovery plan.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Our main priority is to deliver the levels of service that our customers deserve. We are working to affect a full restoration as soon as possible.
Virgin Media Business have completed remedial activity and we believe at this juncture all service has been restored.
GammaPhone system issues
Some clients may experience issues with VOIP telephony system. ( calls being received but cannot hear callers) Our engineers investigating this issue with urgent priority.

We have identified an issue where one-way audio is being experienced on some VoIP platforms. Our engineers are fully engaged and are carrying out work to restore service. A further update will be provided shortly.

Further to our previous update, engineers have successfully completed works to restore service. We would ask that users re-test in the first instance and if further impact to service is being observed to raise this to the Help Desk team. Engineers will continue to monitor the platform performance.
